At Shivam Security Force, we have our own established training and recruitment center in Maharashtra. We are duly registered with P.F. and E.S.I.C. authorities and comply with all government rules and statutory regulations.

Professional Recruitment Process

Candidates are selected through advertisements, employment exchanges, placement services, employee references, DGR (Ex-Servicemen), and walk-in interviews.

After screening and verification, selected candidates undergo structured classroom and practical training to prepare them for real-world security challenges.

Structured Pre-Induction Training & Skill Development

Before deployment at client premises, every recruit completes a minimum of 56 hours of structured training, conducted over 2–3 weeks. Our specialized trainers focus on building alertness, physical discipline, communication skills, and emergency response capabilities.

Training modules include general security duties, vigilance, fire safety procedures, stress management, proper use of equipment, documentation standards, first aid, and professional conduct.

Through continuous supervision and evaluation, we ensure that only qualified and well-trained personnel are deployed to our clients.

Recruitment & Screening Process

Candidates undergo detailed screening, verification, and assessment to ensure reliability, discipline, and suitability for security responsibilities.

Training, Evaluation & Deployment

After successful training and evaluation, guards are deployed to client sites with ongoing supervision and performance monitoring to maintain high service standards.
